There are a couple of annoying issues introduced in Hugo 0.18 that we’re going to fix in a bug fix release 0.18.1 in a week or so:
Shout if I’m missing something, but remember that this is a release for bugs introduced in Hugo 0.18. So if it was broken in Hugo 0.17 then it does not belong in this release.

Version 0.18.1 hasn’t been released yet that’s why it’s not available there yet.
